In this management position, you are an essential part of who we are.
You are responsible for management of the entire location, providing exemplary customer service, building team member relations, and ensuring the highest profitability of the location.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision of sales associates during shift Training and coaching sales associates Ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation Responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition QUALIFICATIONS Team player attitude with upbeat personality Trustworthy and professional Effective communication Self-motivated Able to multi-task and be extremely organized Physically able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
